As a public service, the Tennessee Bar Association program is working to help assure that our upcoming judicial elections are conducted in a manner that will maintain confidence in our judiciary.

At this web site, you will find a report from the Tennessee Judicial Evaluation Commission with recommendations on the retention of Tennessee Supreme Court justices and Appellate Court judges.

You will also find a Tennessee Fair Judicial Campaign Code of Conduct that was sent to all judges and judicial candidates. This code is designed to maintain the highest standards of discourse.

We have compiled a list of candidates for upcoming judicial elections, noting those who have signed this Code of Conduct. You can view a list of appellate court judges, candidates for state trial courts and candidates for courts of limited jurisdiction.
