TBA Health Law Section
This section was formed to further the knowledge of its members in federal, state and local law pertaining to the provision of health care services and the operation of health care facilities. Health Law, the section newsletter, highlights recent developments and proposals in health care facility regulation. Each year, the section sponsors a two-day Health Law Forum that provides timely information to members about all facets of health care law.
